Liquidity Whales is an educational gold-trading project run by Ehssan Alhelwani (Sweden). Questions about your data: support@liquiditywhales.com or Telegram @liquidity_support.
Your email, name, your confirmation that you are 18 or older, Telegram username (if given) and subscription status; for broker VIP requests, your trading account number. Payments are handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
To give you access to the VIP channel and manage your subscription, verify broker requests, and — only if you agree — send you analysis and offers by email. We ask you to confirm the legal age (18 or older) only to comply with the rules.
We only send marketing emails if you tick the box yourself. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can turn emails off in My account.
We use essential cookies (sign-in, language, visit source). Our visitor analytics is cookieless. Any advertising cookies only run after you accept them in the banner. If you install the app, we count its use with a random number for your device (at most once a day) to know how many people use it, with no name, email or cookie.
If you turn on notifications, we store the notification address your browser or phone gives us, your language and what you chose to receive (analysis or news). We don't store your name or email with it. Notifications are delivered through your browser's push service (Apple, Google, Mozilla or Microsoft). You can turn them off at any time with the same button or in your phone settings.
Only service providers: Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (the check that you are human), Resend (email) and Telegram. We never sell your data.
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion at any time. Email support@liquiditywhales.com or message @liquidity_support on Telegram and we reply within 30 days.
